Zip Xpress is excited to announce that effective Monday, April 1st, 2024, Zip Xpress will be merging with ACS Express, a leader in the courier industry in Edmonton since 1988. With over 40 employees, security cleared drivers who are highly identifiable wearing the ACS logo, your deliveries will be in the best hands possible as I transition into a new career and family life.

It was my father’s dream to start and run a courier business in Edmonton. Zip Xpress began in 2003 and has served many of you all this time, and it has been a pleasure working with each and every one of you.

We have interviewed many local courier companies in Edmonton and have made the well-researched decision to merge our family business with ACS Express Inc. The owner of ACS, Pete Zablotny, mirror’s my father’s dream almost identically.

Pete started ACS in April 1988 on his mountain bike in downtown Edmonton with a dream and passion, and over the past nearly 36 years, Pete, with the help of his wife Laura, and their team of dedicated and passionate staff have grown ACS into an industry leading business, employing close to 40 people in the Edmonton area.

With long term clients that are still with ACS from that first year in 1988, to large public and private enterprise clients as well as every level of government, ACS has established itself as a reliable and economical choice for local courier deliveries.

As well, ACS uses the same platform as Zip Xpress, so the transition will be fairly seamless. Further information regarding log-in will be emailed next week. We are committed to ensuring any changes to how you book your deliveries will be as minimal as possible.

Our last invoices will be emailed out April 1st, 2024 and will be payable to Zip Xpress. As well, we will be collecting on any outstanding balances through the month of April.
